How can I cancel my order?
In order to cancel your order, please email at sales@forevrtraders.com with Subject of "Cancel Order" or WhatsApp at +92 311 1786 404. Your order can only be cancelled before it is shipped.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it’s been placed?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will modify the address if it is not shipped.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you’ve selected Cash on Delivery, there’s no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Netbanking, you will receive your refund to the source account within 72 Hours from the time you cancel your order.
What is Forever Traders cancellation policy?
Only orders that are not shipped can be cancelled. If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse to accept it and send it back with the courier. In case you have paid using Netbanking, we’ll refund your order amount only after we’ve received the cancelled order at our Warehouse.
